MY JOURNEY WITH PERCY BYSSHE SHELLEY AND THE ROMANTICS

This page includes an Instagram account that I run documenting all the places I've visited associated with Percy Shelley and the Romantics. I've been lucky enough to follow his journey to Italy, Switzerland, London and Oxford. I hope to travel to Wales, Ireland, Horsham and France in the future.

I've also been lucky enough to explore the queer side of Romanticism, Mary and Percy Shelley with TikTok's Rainbow History Class. It was such a wonderful opportunity to research a more obscure part of the Shelley's lives. As a queer person, it's so important to me to cherish and treasure the bravery and self expression of those who were exploring their sexuality in a time of great danger if they were caught.

For a man who only made it to 29, he sure got around the world! I have many more places on my list to visit and people along the way to meet. I'm very thankful to all the wonderful enthusiastic people I've met so far.
